Refund Policy

How credits behave when something goes wrong, and where you stand on paid plans.
Credits & Usage
Credits are consumed on a per-generation basis. Credits have no direct cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Automatic refunds
If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically. This applies when:
- the model returns no audio;
- the request times out;
- the safety filter rejects the prompt;
- the server restarts while a generation is in flight.
You do not need to ask. The refund appears in your transaction history on the account page.
What is not refunded
Credits spent on a track that generated successfully are not returned if you simply do not like the result. Generation is probabilistic and each attempt consumes real compute. If a track comes out wrong, adjust the prompt and try again — that is what the daily allowance is for.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, this page will set out the cancellation and refund terms for them, including any statutory withdrawal rights that apply where you live.
